D. K. S. Premasiri has over ten years of valuation and real estate experience, practicing since 2015, across moveable and immovable assets — residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and specialised properties, as well as machinery and equipment — in every district of Sri Lanka.
His expertise covers manufacturing facilities including BOI and IDB registered entities, condominiums, theatres, licences, star-rated hotels and resorts, mineral and leisure properties and hydro power plants, alongside consultancy for leading corporates and real estate companies in the country.
A graduate in B.Sc. (Special) Estate Management and Valuation from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, he trained under senior valuers and served as a Permanent Valuation Officer at the Land Reform Commission and as an officer of the Department of Valuation. He now practices as an independent Incorporated Valuation Surveyor and acts as a Commissioner of the Magistrate and District Courts.
